About these terms

These terms apply to businesses that subscribe to Inducta Flow ("you") and to [business name], ABN [number] ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.

The service

Inducta Flow lets you set up construction sites, display QR codes, and collect sign-ins, SWMS sign-ons, hazard and incident reports and toolbox talk records from people on your sites. We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Keep your own copies of records you are required to retain, for example by exporting them regularly.

Your safety obligations stay with you

Inducta Flow is a tool for collecting and keeping records. It does not make your business compliant with work health and safety laws, and it is not safety advice. SWMS templates are starting points only. You are responsible for adapting every SWMS to your site, work and workers, consulting your workers, and meeting your obligations under the WHS laws that apply to you. In an emergency, call 000.

Your account and your data

You are responsible for who you invite as a manager and for keeping access to your email secure.
Records collected through your sites belong to your business. You are responsible for telling workers how their information is used, and for having a lawful reason to collect it.
We handle personal information as set out in our privacy policy.

Fees

The plan is $125 a month, or $1,188 a year paid in advance. Prices include GST.
The plan includes 3 new sites in each yearly period, counted from when you subscribe. Unused sites do not carry over. Each extra site is $65, charged once when it is created.
Sign orders are charged when you order them, at the prices shown at checkout.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Fair use

Do not use Inducta Flow to break the law, upload content you do not have the right to use, or interfere with the service or other customers' data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change that affects you. Questions: hello@inductaflow.app. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
